Guests at Hillcrest Inn are served a full gourmet breakfast in the Asian Style Dining Room. Sample menus include: Eggs Benedict with asparagus; Waffles with fresh fruit, hot maple syrup and bacon; Eggs with broiled potatoes, tomatoes and sausage. Breakfasts are served with fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, tea and juice.

Parties of 2 or 3 may choose to be served breakfast on the sun porch with a seasonal view of the Niagara River. (based on availability)
Guests of the Master Suite (up to 4) may be served breakfast on their private balcony overlooking the upper rapids. (depending on weather)

Tea, coffee, juice, pastries and the newspaper are always set out for early risers. Cereal and oatmeal available upon request. It is our pleasure to serve vegetarian or special diet breakfasts.
